The full breakdown

Every step of turning a below-minimum order into a delivered one

01

Order Pooling & MOQ Matching

We take your product spec and required quantity and match it against a live book of other companies sourcing the same or compatible goods. Once the combined quantity clears the manufacturer's minimum, the pool is locked and moves forward as one purchasing group.

  • Matching by product spec, material, and finish, not just category
  • Transparent pool status: you know how close it is to closing
  • We will search for buyers to complete the pool
02

Manufacturer Rate Negotiation

Once a pool is formed, we negotiate directly with the manufacturer on the group's behalf, using the combined volume as leverage on unit price, payment terms, and production slot timing.

  • Negotiation handled by us, not each individual company
  • Volume-tier pricing passed through to every member of the pool
  • Standing manufacturer relationships mean pooled orders get real priority
03

Contract & Terms Structuring

Multiple companies sharing one purchase order needs clear structure. We set up the agreements so each company's order, invoice, and liability stay separate, one member's issue never becomes another's problem.

  • Individual invoicing per company, at the pool's negotiated rate
  • Clear terms on what happens if the pool falls short of minimum
  • No shared inventory, ownership, or liability between pool members
04

Production & Logistics Coordination

Once production starts, we track the run, coordinate quality checks against each company's spec, and manage the split shipment so every order arrives separately, on schedule, and as specified.

  • Production timeline tracking through to completion
  • Customers have full control over their own shipments
  • Shipment split and routed to each company individually
